Reviewing your business cost base, operational procedures and your Financial Controllership. This exercise is completed working with and supporting your financial area and normally includes Business Contingency Planning. A number of companies have been suprised at the sigificant benefits that can be achieved.

We bring a wealth of experience in change management and using Six Sigma Quality tools we can first ensure that the change is the right thing for your business and that the project is delivered effectively on time and on budget.

Coaching and Training....

We have two particular strengths here. Our first strength is that we use people with real hands on experience and second is our strength our flexibility. We offer "standard" developed training courses as well as bespoke training events put together to meet your business needs. To illustrate the range of courses that we cover, we have been commissioned by Leeds Chamber of Commerce to develop and give "Bite Size seminars" on Financial Basics and also to commissioned by the Chartered Institue of Management Accounts (CIMA) to provide some of their PQE (Post Qualification Education) Master Class Courses. We also provide courses in Change Management and Six Sigma.
